Savina Marasi

Co-Founder/Co-Director Savina Marasi studied at the Academy of the Teatro alla Scala in Milan in her native Italy, and at the Rosella Hightower school in Cannes (France). She danced professionally with Teatro La Fenice in Venice, Teatro Regio in Turin, Ballet du Louvre in Paris, Scapino Ballet in Amsterdam, Bat Dor Dance Company in Tel-Aviv, and the Dutch National Ballet in Amsterdam. Savina has been a jury member of several dance competitions in Italy, Greece and Israel. As a ballet teacher she has taught at NovaCollege Dance MBO in Haarlem, NJMT, Dansgroep Amsterdam (Itzik Galili & Krisztina de Chatel), International Dance Theater (IDT), and the Henny Jurriëns Studio. At the moment she teaches at Studio NBA and at the Frank Sanders Akademie.

Gary Feingold

Co-Founder/Co-Director Gary Feingold is a cultural and hospitality entrepreneur. Between 1979 and 1992, he danced with companies such as Teatro La Fenice, Batsheva, the Israel Ballet, and Scapino Ballet. In 1996, he founded the Henny Jurriëns Foundation (HJS), now the leading open dance training facility in Europe. For this, he received the Dansersfonds’79 Special Prize in 2020 and the Frans Banninck Cocq Medal in 2024. Gary was also the founder of the Dancing on the Edge festival (DOTE), which facilitated a unique exchange with the Middle East, and he is the founder/director of Stichting KunstenDialoog. Since 2014, he has been running Café Belcampo in De Hallen, where he organizes cultural activities. Gary is a member of various cultural boards, including Stichting Yalla! and The Storytelling Festival.
